This Refund Policy explains our refund rules for subscriptions and purchases on chinafactoryguide.com (the “Platform”). By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to this policy.


1) No Refunds After Access Is Granted

Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final.

ChinaFactoryGuide provides immediate access to paid directory data and digital content. Once payment is successfully processed and access is granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits, including for:

Partial use or unused subscription time

Accidental purchases or change of mind

Claims that the data was not needed after purchase

Failure to contact suppliers or achieve business outcomes

Dissatisfaction based on preferences or expectations


2) Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid for the current billing period. Access will remain active until the end of the current subscription term.


3) Exceptions

We may consider an exception only in these limited cases:

Duplicate charge for the same purchase

Incorrect charge amount caused by a technical error on our side

Unauthorized transaction where required by law and supported by evidence

If an exception applies, we may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion and only after investigation.


4) Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly.

Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in:

Immediate suspension of your account

Loss of access to active subscriptions

Being blocked from future purchases

Recovery actions where permitted by law
